Second Grade Homework

January 5-7

Tuesday:

1. Write each spelling word 5x.
2. Study your math facts.
3. Study the vocabulary words for Friday's test.
4. Read for twenty minutes and record in reading log.

Wednesday:

1. Do the paper on Following Directions.
2. Do the excel math homework #37.
3. Write a story using as many spelling and/or vocabulary words as possible. Remember that a story has a beginning, middle, and end.
4. Read the story "Hank and Ruby" to your family.

Thursday:

1. Take a spelling pretest and write any misspelled word 7x.
2. Study your assigned math facts.
3. Do excel math homework #39.
4. Study for the vocabulary test.

Thank you so much for the lovely Christmas presents that the second grade presented to me at the Christmas Party. It was so thoughtful of all of you! Also, thank you Mr. and Mrs. Carlton and all parent helpers for the wonderful Christmas Party. We all had a lot of fun!
