Homework for November 29th -December 2nd

Monday:

1. Write each spelling word 5x.
2. Share the Religion paper with your family.
3. Study the vocabulary words.
4. Study your assigned math facts.

Tuesday:

1. Do the paper on "r" controlled words.
2. Read the story about koalas to increase your reading fluency.
3. Do the paper on regrouping.

Wednesday:

1. Write a story using as many spelling words and/or vocabulary words as you can.
2. Study your math facts.
3. Read for twenty minutes and record in reading log.

Thursday:

1. Take a spelling pretest and write any misspelled word 6x.
2. Study your vocabulary words and math facts.

Note: This Friday is a Mass day so it is full uniform for all.

Monday: (Parent/Teacher Conferences-Half Day)

1. Write a sentence for each of these U-Pick words: because, decided, everywhere, finally, heard, important, morning, people, said, and thought. Remember, each sentence has 8 words or longer.
2. Read for twenty minutes and record in reading log.
3. Study your math facts.

Tuesday: (Parent/Teacher Conferences-Half Day)

1. Do the math paper on regrouping.
2. Read the story about bats for increased reading fluency.

Note: There will be no tests this week.

2. Read the social studies paper on urban areas and suburbs.
3. Do the paper on writing supporting details.
4. Read the U-Pick Words.

Wednesday:

1. Write a story using as many spelling words and/or vocabulary words as you can.
2. Do the excel math homework #23.
3. Read for twenty minutes and record in reading log.

Thursday:

1. Take a spelling pretest and write any misspelled word 6x.
2. Study the vocabulary words.
3. Study the Religion notes for Friday's test.

3. Read the Old Testament stories to your family.
4. Study your math facts.

Wednesday:

1. Put these U-Pick Words in alphabetical order: upon, friend, because, important, school, clothes, and people.
2. Study the Religion notes for Friday's test.
3. Study your math facts.
4. Read the social studies paper to your family.

Thursday:

Note: There will not be a vocabulary test this week. Please keep the U-Pick Words in a safe place to use for the rest of the year. I will assign homework using these words. Thank you.
